The Travaini series TRH liquid ring vacuum pumps are recognized as one of the most reliable and cost effective vacuum pumps in the world. The series consists of two- stage pumps that are high in operating efficiency, durable, and long lasting. Vacuum to 29”Hg. is reached with the TRH series with capacities over 2200 CFM. PFS has further pump models that are capable of up to 17,000 CFM.
Liquid ring vacuum pumps are capable of handling non-condensable gas with high volumes of vapours, condensables and liquids. The vacuum pump uses service liquid which can be water or other liquids such as oils or solvents to satisfy almost any process requirement. Options include pump close coupled to a high efficiency electric motor mounted on a carbon steel baseplate, or other material as required.
Travaini TRH liquid ring vacuum pumps can work together with devices such as atmospheric ejectors or vacuum boosters to operate at pressures lower than 2.5 Torr. Accessories options for the TRH also include flange mounted air-liquid separator tank, vacuum gauge, inlet check valve and piped service liquid line with isolating valve, Y-Strainer, solenoid valve, flow regulating valve and compound gauge.
The PFS vacuum line also includes Rotary Vane vacuum pumps models EU/PVL & EM which can easily reach up to 29.9” Hg. (0.5 mbar A). Standard accessories include non-return valve, fine inlet mesh filter, and gas ballast valve. Vacuum tight inlet filters, starters and gauges are optional.
Other products Travaini manufactures include the TCD series hot oil pumps designed to handle thermal oils or hot oils up to 320ᵒC without cooling. Advantages include heavy-duty oil lubricated bearings, no internal shaft sleeves, unique back pull out design for easy maintenance. The pump series has a specially designed bearing housing with unique cooling fins to attain low operating temperatures in the mechanical seal and bearing areas.
Travaini TCK magnetic drive pumps are end-suction centrifugal pumps with closed impeller which handle slightly contaminated liquids. The series has capacities to 300 m³/h (1320 GPM) and maximum pressures of 16 Bar (232 PSI).
