Travaini TRV liquid ring vacuum pumps are single stage vari-ported rotating pumps with externally located bearings that are grease lubricated. Shaft sealing standard is single mechanical seals with double mechanical seals optional. Pumps come bare shaft, coupled to electric motors on a base plate, or monoblock design with motor. Liquid ring vacuum pumps are capable of handling non-condensable gas with high volumes of vapours, condensable and liquids. Pump service liquid can be water or other liquids such as oils or solvents to satisfy almost any process requirement. TRV liquid ring pumps with devices such as atmospheric air ejector and or vacuum booster can operate at pressures lower than 1 torr.
