Premier Fluid Systems Inc. designed, assembled and packaged another biogas compressor package for a Water Treatment plant application. The CYT200V-30 package consists of our proven TRVA65-300 liquid ring compressor in A3 (316SS) construction suitable to pump 166 cfm of biogas consisting of methane, carbon dioxide, water and H2S, to pressures of 25 psig.

The system is a once through seal water/cooling system with 316SS separator tank. The electrics comprise of a Nema 7, EXP junction box with Exp protected instruments suitable for Cl I, Div 1, Gr C,D hazard area installation.

The unit is controlled by a remote located Siemens PLC control panel for safe and efficient operation with suitable ethernet communication protocols. The system was fully function tested at our facility with the project PLC system, to ensure smooth start up at site.
